Our dog Teddy has been with Kensington Hounds since we moved to the UK in 2017 and we can't say enough amazing things about them. When we leave our dog for the day or when we are on holiday, it is invaluably reassuring to know that she is with someone who will take care of her just as we would (and probably better!). Not only is the whole team extremely knowledgeable about dogs but they are all deeply passionate about providing the best possible care. Even when Teddy is not with them, I rely on them for doggy advice because they always know best! Beyond how much they love our dog and how well they take care of her, I would say the level of professionalism is also world-class. Responsiveness, organization, communication, billing, and all other logistics are always handled in a very timely and organized manner. We are so lucky to have found Kensington Hounds – they are an exceptionally rare group of people and I recommend them to anyone who wants the best for their dog.

I contacted Kensington Hounds after being let down by our previous dogwalker and I'm so glad I did. We have a very exuberant Great Dane, who could seem intimidating to some, but I can honestly say they have helped nurture her into the loving, gentle dog she is today. I always judge people by how our dog reacts when they come to the door and she is absolutely overjoyed to see them. Although, Drew was her first love, I think maybe Jamie has supplanted him in her affections! They've accommodated our erratic schedule with grace. Georgie and her team are friendly, professional, caring and totally reliable. It's always difficult entrusting the care of your dog to someone else, but we know that she is totally safe with them. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

My family and I got our first dog Frank about 5 years ago and Kensington Hounds is the third service we have used. We have been with them for nearly 3 years and I can honestly say that this is the Rolls Royce of dog walking services! Firstly, every employee is hand picked to be extraordinarily kind, friendly and honest, and they all genuinely love their dogs. What is also exceptional is the level of (always!) cheerful service, especially in times of need. On several occasions due to work, I have had to ask for a different or additional walk at the very last minute or even if they could take Frank for a whole day of day care. I cannot tell you how supported I have felt in that in almost every instance of these stressful last minute situations, they have come to the rescue each time and with a smile. This is a first class service run by a first class team; the way all businesses should be run!

Kensington Hounds are the absolute most professional and trustworthy dog walking service around! We have been using them to walk our very active Vizsla for over two years and only have the best things to say about the service and the lovely people who run the business. Unlike some dog walking services, they take their jobs seriously and are incredibly knowledgeable about dogs, training, and will look after your pup as if it was their own.
